Happy Father’s Day!

Well, time sure flies when you are having fun and  I have been enjoying spending quality time with my family!  I arrived after a long day of travelling at 5:30 am on Thursday morning.  It was so bizarre to walk into my parents house where everything felt so familiar and comforting.  We slept in and then went out to my favourite breakfast spot, Marija’s.  The breakfast was just as good as I remembered!  Then it was Ruth’s graduation day!  I took the girls back to my parent’s house for a much needed nap while they went to her graduation, and then after we all went out to Red Lobster.  The food was AMAZING!!  Afterwards we went down to the riverfront and it was the most beautiful evening.

Taking a picture with the graduate!

It was nice to see Nana and Papa enjoying the girls.

It was nice going to this part of the river because I really don’t remember the last time I saw the peace fountain!

It was so beautiful outside and there are so many people milling about.  The girls had a blast running around.

And this was all Thelma wanted to do!  Margo instantly made some friends, and also was excited to take some pictures with Aunt Sarah’s camera.

This was one of Margo’s pictures!  Not bad!

Then we convinced her to put down the camera and take a picture with me!

We had so much fun on our first night together and we have been having fun ever since!

Whether I’m hanging with my sisters, or we are having ice cream with Papa I am enjoying my visit!

But I must admit that I am missing my girl’s father on this Father’s Day.  So this last one is for all the wonderful fathers out there!
